About Tiny Dopamine
Tiny Dopamine started because I was tired of feeling broken for struggling with “simple” things.
For as long as I can remember, I struggled with ADHD, executive dysfunction, overwhelm, and constantly feeling like my brain worked differently from everyone around me.
When I moved out on my own 10 years ago, I realized just how hard everyday tasks could feel. Not because I was lazy or didn’t care, but because even starting things sometimes felt impossible.
And when you constantly struggle with everyday life in a world that seems built for different brains, it’s very easy to end up stuck in cycles of stress, overthinking, anxiety, burnout, or even depression.
For years, I lived in survival mode without fully understanding what was happening in my body or nervous system.
Over time, I started learning more about ADHD, dopamine, overwhelm, nervous system regulation, and the connection between mental and physical wellbeing.
I realized that feeling better wasn’t just about “being more productive.”
I needed support both mentally and physically.
I needed tools that could help me:
- take small practical steps
- regulate my nervous system
- process difficult emotions
- and stop feeling constantly stuck or overwhelmed
That’s where Tiny Dopamine came from.
I started creating the tools I wish I had earlier:
- tiny action cards for executive dysfunction and overwhelm
- gentle movement prompts
- reflection tools for overthinking and mindset shifts
- nervous-system-friendly support tools designed for real life
Everything is created with one goal in mind:
To help overwhelmed brains feel a little safer, lighter, and more capable through small, realistic steps.
Because healing and growth rarely happen all at once.
Most of the time, they start with one small action.
I hope Tiny Dopamine can help make hard days feel a little lighter 🫶
